PRECISION PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING
Multiple machines and a comprehensive execution system for total process control.
A Superior Plastic Injection Molding Experience
Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process that melts plastic material until malleable enough to be pressure-injected into a mold, forming a high-quality part with incredible accuracy. We meet our clients’ plastic molding needs more efficiently than our competitors thanks to a facility equipped with 14 machines for various capabilities and sizes. We are also experienced in integrated work cells, allowing us to achieve inline flow of various processes for faster production, such as metal stamping and forming, spot welding, overmolding, and product assembly.
The Vollrath Advantage for Plastic Injection Molding
When it comes to the plastic injection molding process, Vollrath Manufacturing Services provides its partners with a number of key advantages:
- MES Integration
Our Dane, WI facility’s fully integrated Manufacturing Execution System (MES) provides data capture capabilities, quality control, alerts, and the kind of real-time manufacturing information that can help improve productivity, eliminate machine downtime, and solve problems before they occur.
- In-House Value
From prototype to production, keeping our in-house end-to-end capabilities means less risk and more savings for you.
- Global Sourcing
In order to help you find the materials to fit your desired product characteristics, our knowledgeable sourcing team will provide you with a variety of material types, quantities, and quality levels from domestic and international suppliers.
