At Vollrath, we strive to give back to our communities

Community Outreach

We Care About Being Involved With Our Communities

For more than one hundred and fifty years, The Vollrath Company and our founding families have recognized the importance of giving back to the communities that have contributed to our success. Supporting the places where our employees live and work has always been an important part of our culture, and we believe strong communities help create opportunities for future generations to thrive.

Through programs such as Junior Achievement, Lunch Buddies, the Boys & Girls Club, and Big Brothers Big Sisters, we strive to encourage learning, mentorship, and personal development. By investing in youth-focused initiatives, we hope to help inspire future leaders while creating meaningful connections between our employees and the communities they serve.

Habitat for Humanity build

Our commitment extends beyond education and mentorship. We proudly support organizations that strengthen our neighborhoods, assist families in need, and provide valuable services throughout our region. These efforts include partnerships and volunteer support for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Together, United Way, the American Red Cross, and the Salvation Army, among many others.

Community involvement is also an opportunity to build relationships and celebrate the places we call home. Throughout the year, our employees participate in a variety of local events, fundraisers, and volunteer activities that bring people together for a common purpose. Whether we're helping raise funds for local causes, contributing our time to community projects, or supporting charitable events, we are proud to play an active role in the communities that have supported Vollrath for generations.

Gauge

And yes, we enjoy having fun along the way. You might find us racing a homemade boat in Art Armada, paddling in the Dragon Boat Races during Meisfeld's Lakeshore Weekend, or spending time with friends, family, and neighbors at Johnsonville Brat Days. These events provide a chance to connect with our community, support worthwhile causes, and celebrate the spirit that makes our region such a great place to live and work.
