Deep Draw Metal Stamping

Industry-Leading Expertise in Deep Draw Stamping

Deep draw stamping is a metal-forming process that produces seamless, multi-dimensional parts.
Annealing, which is a heat-based treatment method that alters the metal part's physical and chemical properties, is used to relieve the stress applied during the deep draw forming process. It leaves the metal softer and more versatile, which makes it easier to manipulate and shape.

We are one of the few manufacturers in the country that offer both deep draw stamping and annealing services in-house. Together, these processes result in a cost-effective, high-production solution that allows us to easily and efficiently create products with complex geometries and seamless parts.

The VMS Advantage

We provide our clients with a collection of valuable advantages to ensure their stamped products will stand out from the rest.

Annealing

In-house annealing capabilities is a rarity in the industry and a game-changer for your deep drawing needs. We take pride in being one of the few manufacturers in the country to offer annealing services right alongside our deep draw capabilities. With our state-of-the-art equipment and expert technicians, you can say goodbye to outsourcing and experience the reliability and convenience of in-house annealing.

Diverse Capabilities

We offer an innovative draw reverse-draw process that allows us to manufacture products with complex geometry and unique designs that other suppliers can't handle. We also provide a whole collection of additional services, which are listed below, to ensure that we meet our client's every need.

In-House Value

Keeping your project in-house from start to finish helps you save time and slash production costs. In addition to our deep draw and annealing capabilities, we offer finishing services like polishing, burnishing, and anodizing, so you can go from prototype to production under one roof.

Global Sourcing

Our global sourcing team combines in-house coordination with on-the-ground efforts in the international marketplace to expand your sourcing options from both domestic and international suppliers.

Standard and Custom Tooling Options

We'll align our tooling resources with your budget and timeline to get the job done. As a VMS client, you'll be able to choose from our vast collection of current in-house tool dies, or work closely with our tooling engineer to make modifications. If neither of those options work, we'll design and build a brand new tool that perfectly matches your project's unique criteria.

Quality Certifications

Our manufacturing facilities are all ISO certified (ISO 9001), and our team of experts is well-versed in UL, CSA, NSF, ETL, and CE standards.

Get VMS involved early on because incredible results are possible. Not only did they help us realize what was possible, they were always advocating for us from start to finish line.”

OEM Client - Automotive Company

The best option for your deep draw project ultimately comes down to a manufacturer’s expertise and equipment. When a supplier has the right experience combined with a robust set of capabilities, OEMs rely on them again and again to create the pieces they need to bring products to market.

Ask any potential suppliers about long-term relationships or whether they’ve provided services to an OEM for multiple product generations. While it may not be the most important factor in your decision-making process, knowing the supplier you are considering is trusted by organizations you respect can add a little extra peace-of-mind.
