Lewis Magnetostrictive Transducer
The heart of every Lewis machine, our magnetostrictive transducers are designed for heavy duty, continuous operation. They can run hot or cold and withstand tremendous shock.
STANDARD FEATURES
- Zero spaced nickel laminations wound with high temperature magnet wire and silver brazed to a thick 316L stainless steel diaphragm.
- No crystals to crack, no epoxy to loosen, even under severe usage conditions.
- Solid state generator (meets FCC, RFI and OSHA requirements).
- The transducer-to-tank, silver brazed bond and transducers are warranted not to separate, crack, or degrade in any way under normal conditions of handling and use by original purchaser for 10 years.
